Execution
Setting up feeds from Adobe Analytics and GA4, Synergi first deployed a web traffic data warehouse. Individual page visit behavior was tied to the lending pages visited and their content. This data was then connected to email campaigns and CRM & LOS to create a full-funnel conversion view. Decision Tree models and 4 alternate marketing attribution models were trained to determine borrower segments and their paths to conversion. Site content recommendations were also generated based on page visits, time spent on pages and actions based on those visits.
